Meet Our Chiropractor

Trusted Hands for Your Spine, Joints, and Nerves

Your body doesn’t need to be forced. It needs to be understood. Many people seek chiropractic care because they are in pain — yet hesitate, worrying whether the care will be too aggressive, rushed, or unsuitable for their body. At Movement Chiropractic, care begins differently. With listening. With respect. With movement.

A Gentle, Thoughtful Approach to Chiropractic Care

Christine does not believe in one-size-fits-all treatment.

Her approach to chiropractic care is gentle, precise, and movement-based prioritising safety, comfort, and long-term outcomes over force or sound-driven adjustments.

Care may include:

  • Gentle spinal adjustments
  • Low-force techniques
  • Soft tissue and mobility work
  • Functional movement support

Each session is adapted to what the body is ready for — never rushed, never forced.
